Modern Slavery Policy Statement

At Servisource, we’re creating a workplace built around our core values.

This is a place where we want everyone to feel at home, know that they’re valued for what they do and feel like they truly belong here regardless of their age, gender, race, sexual orientation, or anything else that makes them individual.

It’s with this spirit that we’re committed to ensuring that our company is free from slavery and human trafficking and that all our employees, as well as the employees, agents and contractors of the companies that work on our behalf, are kept safe.

Our Company Structure and Mission and Purpose

We’re a leading provider of Healthcare Services in the UK.

We pride ourselves on the following principles:

Customer-first – We never compromise on quality – we deliver services to world-class standards, nothing less.

Accountable – We represent clients and customers with dignity and honestly. Our stakeholders trust us.

Responsible – It is about the whole job through to the end, ‘it is not done until it is all done’.

Empower – Our leaders within the business are encouraged to problem-solve, innovate and use the latest technology to support others.

Effective Communication – Clarity, openness and a willingness to listen characterises our approach to interacting with others.

Respect – Integrity, fairness, equality, diversity, cooperation, responsiveness and perceptiveness in how we treat others.

Employees at Servisource

We know that we’re successful as a business because of our fantastic employees and that by helping them live by our core principles and by giving them a great experience here, they’ll, in turn, pass this on to our customers, communities, suppliers and other stakeholders. It’s important for us that our employees understand and reflect the customers and communities we support, and they know that they’re valued for what they do, not who they are.

We’re passionate about our values, which guide how we all make decisions and get things done. We love to make our customers lives easier so our value to ‘Make Access better every day’ is one we’re obsessed with, from attracting the right people, helping them grow and be the best they can be, we’re enabling people at Servisource to love what they do and be happy.

One of the great things about Servisource is that everyone can make a real impact. We’re all on the same team here, so when it comes to our success, we feel it’s only right that everyone is recognised for the difference they make.

Our Supply Chain

Although due to the nature of our business, we have a lower risk of modem slavery occurring in our supply chain compared to businesses in other sectors, we’re continuing to focus on policies and procedures that make sure slavery and human trafficking doesn’t take place in that chain.

We design and build recruitment solutions to our customers, so we’re effectively the ‘first link in the chain’.

We carry out a Modern Slavery assessment as part of our supplier on-boarding process and as our major suppliers are large, multi-national companies we also ask for details of their ethical operating standards through our formal tendering process.

What we’ve done / will do in the next 18 Months

We will continue to enhance how we engage with new suppliers:

  • If they’re subject to the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we require them to provide a link to their own website statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes Servisource UK Ltd’s slavery and human trafficking statement for the financial year ending 30 June 2019. The Board of Access UK Ltd has approved this statement.
